NPR reported that there were three separate instances in which Rosen made "overt physical and sexual overtures" to co-workers.The first instance reportedly i nvolved Rosen groping a female Fox reporter in a New York City cab in the early 2000s, while a State Department producer for the network accused him of directly sexually harassing her years later.The most recent incident took place last spring, when Rosen tried to kiss a young female reporter in an elevator.

TLC is standing by “Trading Spaces” star Carter Oosterhouse, who has been accused of inappropriate behavior with a makeup artist he worked with on his HGTV show “Carter Can.”

Nancy Daniels, president and general manager of TLC, said that the network had looked into the allegations levied against him, as well as the show’s production. “At the end of the day, we feel very comfortable continuing with Carter in the show,” she told reporters Friday at the Television Critics Assn. press tour in Pasadena, Calif. Oosterhouse was scheduled to be on the panel for the show, but did not appear.

Kailey Kaminsky, who was his makeup artist, has accused the host of pressuring her into performing oral sex during the production of the show. Oosterhouse acknowledged that he was in a relationship with Kaminsky, but denied any coercion.

While a settlement has been reached, Chapman, 41, and Weinstein, 65, have not filed in court. Page Six was the first to report news of the agreement. On Oct. 10, Chapman announced she was leaving Weinstein following allegations of sexual misconduct. In a statement to PEOPLE, she said, “My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered.” She has since met with divorce lawyers. “She doesn’t want to be married to Harvey,” a source previously told PEOPLE. “She wants a divorce. It’s just not anything that she is rushing.” Weinstein and Chapman married in 2007 and have two children together, ages 7 and 4. Weinstein also has three children from a previous marriage. The Oscar-winning producer has been accused of sexual misconduct by over 60 women since TheNew York Times and TheNew Yorker documented decades of alleged sexual misconduct and sexual assault involving a number of women in detailed articles in October. A spokesperson for Weinstein previously told PEOPLE in a statement that “any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.

Amy Smart is standing by her husband, former HGTV star Carter Oosterhouse , after he was accused of sexual misconduct . Smart took issue with not just Kaminsky’s claims, but on the reporting of the allegations , which she deemed “salacious,” “damaging” and “extremely hurtful.”

Oosterhouse’s wife, Amy Smart, defended him when the news first broke in a lengthy post on Instagram. The accusations are “taking it too far and boundaries are being crossed,” she wrote. “When you are in a CONSENSUAL RELATIONSHIP, then you need to take responsibility for engaging in that and not play victim.”

She continued, “The article is very damaging and cruel to one of the most kindest, loving, non-aggressive men I have the privilege of knowing and I am so sorry for these salacious words being thrown around, they are extremely hurtful. This type of reporting needs to stop, it’s so damaging for personal lives and careers and just not fair.”

The new season of “Trading Spaces” is set to return this spring on TLC.

Just as he returned to practice for Minnesota’s basketball team while facing suspension, star center Reggie Lynch could very well be facing expulsion from the school. According to a new report from the Star Tribune, a third women has now come forward to accuse the Illinois State transfer of sexual assault. “A third sexual assault allegation emerged Tuesday against suspended University of Minnesota basketball standout Reggie Lynch, in a complaint that has resulted in a recommendation of expulsion,” the report read.
