  Ronnie Prophet, Country Music Singer & TV Host, Dies at 80 Country music legend Ronnie Prophet, who had 26 hit singles in Canada, five charting in the U.S. on Billboard and hosted several television shows, died from cardiac and kidney failure. “With a very heavy heart, but with so many fond memories, so very sad to hear the legendary Ronnie Prophet passed away this morning at the age of 80,” posted family spokesperson Dave Bancroft on Prophet’s Facebook page.“The Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame member was probably the most gifted Canadian country music entertainer to ever hit any stage. Chet Atkins once said Ronnie put on the greatest one-man show he had ever seen.

Kid Rock is officially cementing his place in wrestling immortality next month. The 47-year-old rocker will be inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame during WrestleMania 34 weekend, in a ceremony taking place on Friday, April 6.

Growing up a WWE fan, Kid Rock has performed at several WWE events throughout his musical career, including WrestleMania 25 in 2009 and Tribute to the Troops in 2012. He calls his induction a "real honor."

“Every time I go to a WWE event I always have a good time; there is nothing like it and no better fans in the world," Kid Rock tells Billboard. “The Hall of Fame ceremony will be a fun night and it will be great to see everyone again. I have so much respect for what those guys and girls do. I’m grateful to WWE for letting me be a part of WrestleMania weekend.”

The video purportedly shows the cat being dragged behind the vehicle as Hall drives.At the end, Williams kills the kitten with a rock.

Kid Rock will be inducted into the celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame, which includes Snoop Dogg, Mike Tyson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Drew Carey, Bob Uecker and Pete Rose.

The WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will stream live on WWE Network from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans on April 6. Tickets to the event are still available here. WrestleMania 34 will take place two days later on April 8 from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
