Sean ' Diddy ' Combs has claimed he was '' only joking '' about changing his name to Brother Love . He said : ''Hey y'all. I have some very serious serious news. I've been praying on this. I decided that - I know it's risky and I know it's corny to some people - but I decided to change my name again.

Diddy tweeted from the beach on Saturday (Nov. 4), saying in a video that he had decided to change his name again -- to "LOVE aka Brother Love." 

Just kidding. 

On Monday night (Nov. 6), the hip-hop mogul with the many names posted to Instagram and stated in a video -- after beginning by singing Adele's "Hello" -- "Well, ladies and gentlemen, today I've come to the conclusion that you cannot play around with the internet. Due to overwhelming response from the media out there and just due there not wanting there to be any confusion, I was only joking. OK? I didn't change my name. It's just part of one of my alter egos.
