  4 teenagers indicted in death of Baltimore County police officer Baltimore County grand jurors this week indicted the four Baltimore teenagers accused in the death of Baltimore County police Officer Amy Caprio. Dawnta Harris, 16, Darrell Jaymar Ward, 15, Derrick Eugene Matthews, 16, and Eugene Robert Genius IV, 17, each face charges of first-degree murder, burglary and other violations in the indictments made public Wednesday. The murder charge alone carries a maximum penalty of life in prison without the possibility of parole.Harris is accused of running Caprio over with a stolen Jeep on May 21 while police say Ward, Matthews and Genius were robbing a nearby home.

The Jones County Sheriff's Department is searching for two men wanted for burglary . The Jones County Sheriff's Department arrested a possible burglary suspect on Thursday. Bartley Issac Clark was taken into custody after an intense search of the Sweetwater Community.

The officers arrested Jones for felony burglary and he was taken to the USC Medical Center. Jones was released from custody at 4:45 a.m. pacific time on Wednesday morning. Bond had previously been set at ,000.

Police in Santa Paula, Calif., arrested Jones at 3:46 a.m. on Friday on charges of felony commercial burglary (under $950) and felony conspiracy to commit a crime.

A native of Long Beach, Calif., Jones was booked into the Ventura County Jail with bail set at $20,000. He is scheduled to appear in Ventura County Superior Court on Tuesday afternoon.

Jones, who made 40 tackles and led USC with four interceptions last season as a sophomore, missed spring practice to focus on his grades and last month was declared academically ineligible for the coming season.

Last week, Jones told the Los Angeles Times that he planned to enroll in a local junior college with hopes of returning to the Trojans or another college team in 2019.

ESPN rated Jones as the No. 10 cornerback and No. 96 overall player in the 2016 recruiting class.
