I heard this from his own lips when we were in Houston this season. He does not like Houston as a city. So, that would require him moving to a place that he's not crazy about.

If James did indeed say this, it puts a serious damper on the Rockets' chances to land him. Their best hope in this case would be that James decides their readiness to contend with Paul and James Harden and seriously challenge the Golden State Warriors would supersede any lifestyle or family concerns.
