That thing we learned in The Last Jedi? No one knows if it’s true

That thing we learned in The Last Jedi? No one knows if it’s true The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson seemed content to move away from just about every fan theory imaginable when it came to answering the question of Rey’s parents, but it turns out that the question may not have been answered at all. The question may not even have an answer yet, in fact. [Warning: Spoilers for Star Wars: The Last Jedi follow.] Kylo Ren tells Rey that her parents were no one, just two random folks who sold their child for a few dollars of drinking money. But, unlike other parts of the story where flashbacks are shown from different angles or with different details added or removed to provide context as we learned more, this revelation was confined to words one character told another. And the information could end up being just that: words. “Anything’s still open, and I’m not writing the next film. [J.J. Abrams and Chris Terrio] are doing it,” Johnson told the Huffington Post in a recent interview. It’s also possible that Kylo Ren himself was just making a guess based on incomplete information. “That’s what Kylo sees and that’s what he tells her and I think he’s not lying in that moment,” Johnson said in another interview. “That’s what he saw and she seems to believe it when she hears it. I don’t want to … I’m not writing the next film, we’ll see how they handle it going forward, and as we all know in these movies, there’s always a certain point of view that’s involved.

Earnhardt appeared to enjoy discovering the concept of brunch, and then he found out exactly what happens during a pedicure. And thanks to his wife, Amy, we have video evidence of Junior giggling his way through his first pedicure.

Amy has opened Dale Jr.'s eyes to plenty of new experiences over the years - the couple is also expecting their first child this spring - but something tells us this won't be his last pedicure.
