The Seattle Seahawks are looking to make a number of changes this offseason and one could be completely revamping the entire offensive system.

After an anemic offensive performance in 2017 that led to a 9-7 record and the firing of veteran offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell and offensive line coach Tom Cable, the Seahawks may embrace an offensive style from the college ranks.

If at first you don't succeed in the NFL, take it down a notch.

With almost half of the most highly paid Seahawks players under contract for just one season left, what kind of reset could we see next season ? Adam and Brandan explore if Seattle has the same ability to make the kind of changes that can help make it so just about any running back can have success.

The Seahawks ’ offense will also be getting back some key players from injury next season If Jimmy Graham can come back fully healthy, he will be a big factor in the Seahawks ’ offense . If Graham isn’t ready to go at the start of the season , then Luke Willson will fill in nicely for him.

It may seem like a bizarre move, but the Seahawks have the personnel to do it and it revolves around Russell Wilson under center. He's one of the NFL's top dual-threat quarterbacks and even led the Seahawks in rushing last season.

Utilizing his strengths to the full advantage like we saw in college could help turns things around.

None of this starts without an offensive coordinator and the Seahawks could be targeting one of the top minds in Eagles quarterbacks coach John DeFilippo. His success working with Carson Wentz has made him a top candidate for an OC job this offseason.

Given that his contract expires after this season, it would be the perfect time for the Seahawks to make a move.

After Chip Kelly's spread offense at Oregon made waves in the college ranks during the late 2000's, just about every team implements something similar. We've yet to really see that make it's way into the NFL, even though the young quarterbacks are being developed to play this way.

The Seahawks were just one win away from the postseason with the down year in 2017. Think how much things could change with an improved offense. What will Pete Carroll decide on?
